Psychedelic Breathwork
& Art
The Practice
Psychedelic Breathwork & Art is a guided therapeutic process that combines breathwork, music, somatic presence and intuitive painting as a way to access emotional release, expanded states of consciousness and embodied integration.
The breath opens the body. The art gives form to what emerges. Together, they create a space where inner experience can be felt, expressed and integrated beyond words.
-
Conscious connected breathing can support emotional release, nervous system regulation and a deeper connection with the body.
Through the breath, patterns of tension, holding and stress may begin to soften, opening access to sensations, emotions, memories or inner images that can be felt, expressed and integrated.
In this work, breath is not used to force an experience, but to create the conditions for the body to reveal what is already moving underneath.
-
An individual format to work with what you are currently moving through, with direct support and a rhythm adjusted to what begins to appear in the body.
Psychedelic Breathwork and art therapy are held as one integrated process: the body opens the experience, and the image helps to ground it, give it form, and make visible information that may remain beyond words. The closing space allows us to observe colors, shapes, symbols and sensations, translating what was experienced into clarity for your everyday life.
-
A format for two people who want to share the process — friends, family members, partners or travel companions — while still holding space for each person’s personal moment.
Psychedelic Breathwork and art therapy are held as one shared process: the body opens the experience, and the image helps to ground it, give it form, and make visible information that may remain beyond words. Integration allows us to observe what appears in each image and in the shared experience, translating it into clarity for each person’s everyday life.
-
A private format for three or more people who already know each other — friends, family members, partners or small groups — and want to share the process together.
Psychedelic Breathwork and art therapy are held as one integrated group process: each person moves through their own experience while being supported by the presence of the group. The images become material for integration, allowing us to observe what appears individually and collectively, and translate the experience into clarity for everyday life.
-
This practice is physically and emotionally intense. It is not suitable during pregnancy, or for people with epilepsy, glaucoma, heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, psychosis, intense clinical anxiety, or psychiatric conditions that require specialized care.
-
Regular sessions are held at Espíritu Wellness, a quiet therapeutic space in Tulum designed to support deep inner work.
For private villas, retreat houses, private groups or curated retreat experiences, sessions can be brought to your own space. A custom quote is required depending on distance, group size and setup.
